REFUND

Vows understands that in some situations a refund may be preferred. Please contact our team to organise a refund where relevant.

  • We allow 7 business days from date of delivery for items to be returned back to our warehouse.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Personalised or custom-made items are not available for exchange or refund.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
  • Exchange items, pre-orders, sale items and custom orders do not qualify for refunds.
  • If a faulty item happens to slip past our strict quality control measures, we will happily supply you a refund or a replacement item and cover the cost of return shipping.

EXCHANGE

Vows understands that different styles suit different body types. If a product is an incorrect size or you wish to swap for another style, our team will happily help to find a size and/or style to suit you.
